Local Pick-Up

If you are located in Toronto, you have the option to pick up your order directly from our studio at 379 Adelaide St. West, 4F. Our studio is open from Monday to Friday, 10 am to 6 pm. To arrange a pick-up time outside of these hours, please contact us at home@ukaiprojects.com.

Delivery in Toronto

For customers in Toronto, we offer local delivery service. Once your order is received, we aim to complete the delivery within 72 hours. This ensures that you receive your items as quickly as possible.

Delivery in Canada

If you are located outside of Toronto but within Canada, we strive to send out your order within 48 hours of receiving it. We understand the importance of timely delivery, and we will provide you with tracking information so you can keep an eye on your package's progress.

International Shipping

For our international customers, we also aim to send out your order within 48 hours of receiving it. We understand that shipping times may vary depending on the destination, so we will provide tracking information when appropriate.
